Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional service in our expanding Contact Center. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience and is based in our headquarters.

Work Schedule
This position requires availability for 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling options from 8 am to 8 pm. Shifts include 9 am-6 pm, 10 am-7 pm, and 11 am-8 pm, along with rotating on-call Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
- Address pre-sale and post-sale inquiries effectively.
- Schedule appointments for product evaluations and repairs.
- Communicate with dealers and product installers to ensure seamless service.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a courteous and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
