Hourly Compensation - $14/hr

Position Location: Onsite in Casselberry, FL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of customer service support including enrollment inquiries, benefit questions, claims review, and assistance with the online member portal.
  • Respond to inbound calls regarding customer health plans
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls, including welcome calls to new members (No cold calling involved)
  • Address inquiries about covered services, review claims, and make adjustments to denied claims
  • Foster strong customer relationships
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain a positive demeanor while communicating with customers, as they can sense your enthusiasm

Required Skills:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, adhering to the assigned schedule
  • Ability to complete 100% of the paid training program
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old by the hire date
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • Ideal candidates will thrive in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment and possess a passion for outstanding customer service

This is a call center position with immediate openings.
