Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and manage the sales process to secure commercial opportunities for the watchTowr Platform.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop precise sales forecasts and target account mapping, and take the lead in executing the strategy.
  • Recognize new business opportunities and formulate comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and targets for each account within your designated sectors.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and product capabilities to influence and guide key decision-makers, thereby establishing watchTowr's credibility.
  • Align your strategy and approach with overarching business objectives, demonstrating an aggressive mindset.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are met in accordance with watchTowr's quality standards throughout the commercial process.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct B2B/enterprise cybersecurity sales experience in fast-paced and empowering environments, preferably in SaaS or consultancy.
  • Proven experience in direct cybersecurity technology sales to enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with highly-regulated markets (e.g., banking, insurance) in a direct sales capacity.
  • Understanding of the buying cycle of senior stakeholders (CXOs) and the enterprise technology procurement process.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, current practices for assessing cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and market competitors.
  • Experience in managing sales team members, mentoring both junior and mid-level personnel to achieve commercial goals.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without reliance on external teams to achieve objectives.
  • Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies, such as the Challenger sales methodology.
  • Capability to leverage existing channel and partner networks to facilitate transactions.
  • Enjoyment of working within highly motivated teams that are dedicated to the mission.
  • Excitement about being the first Account Executive in Europe and driving the commercial business with full energy, supported by the global commercial team.
