Position Overview

Herb Chambers Toyota is in search of a skilled Automotive Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Secondary Financing and Desking, complemented by at least 2 years of experience in Dealership Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales process and lead the sales team to optimize volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to identify the most suitable vehicle options for clients.
  • Support customers with their financing requirements and ensure timely funding of transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to benefit the dealership.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in General Math Skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Familiarity with Financial Software.
  • Effective Administrative Writing Skills.
  • Demonstrated Integrity and Professionalism.
  • Aptitude for Establishing Partnerships and Alliances.
  • Proficient Closing Skills.
  • Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to sell based on customer needs.
  • Experience in Statistical Analysis.
