Automotive Sales Leader

Herb Chambers Toyota is in search of a skilled Automotive Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Secondary Financing and Desking, complemented by at least 2 years of experience in Dealership Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales process and lead the sales team to optimize volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales staff to identify the most suitable vehicle options for clients.
- Support customers with their financing requirements and ensure timely funding of transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to benefit the dealership.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in General Math Skills.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
- Familiarity with Financial Software.
- Effective Administrative Writing Skills.
- Demonstrated Integrity and Professionalism.
- Aptitude for Establishing Partnerships and Alliances.
- Proficient Closing Skills.
- Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to sell based on customer needs.
- Experience in Statistical Analysis.
