Regional Sales Executive

to become an integral part of our field sales team, focusing on the Massachusetts market as we broaden our reach across the United States.

Your Role: In this position, you will take full ownership of your designated territory, allowing you the autonomy to engage with various industries and manage service agreements of all sizes.

  • Develop and nurture executive-level relationships to enhance client retention and account growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within your market.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships by providing exceptional support and insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to suggest product enhancements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive customer reports by analyzing and summarizing relevant data.
  • Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

Who You Are: You are a motivated sales professional with a passion for learning and a keen eye for detail. You possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of experience in a related role.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within your region.
  • Experience in trucking or fleet sales is advantageous.
  • Proven success in full-cycle direct B2B sales and managing a substantial client portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
