Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing program captures, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the C4ISR market
- Manage program captures, proposals, and strategic planning to ensure successful execution
- Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with senior Leidos staff to execute growth strategies and business plans
- Conduct program reviews and customer assessments to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in aerospace & defense, government services, and/or other professional services
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing DoD services business
- Ability to identify, establish, and use important customer relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders
- Proven ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries
- Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new business aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Top Secret clearance
- Completed professional training in Business Development Management
