Business Development Manager

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic business plans. The ideal candidate will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop cost-reduction strategies to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyze market trends, industry insights, and new growth opportunities using various tools and platforms.
- Attend industry conferences and virtual events to stay up-to-date on market developments.
- Evaluate business processes and finances to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose organizational changes, such as new systems, procedures, or pricing models.
- Communicate findings to senior business development managers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Manage the strategic planning calendar for events and partner meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or a related field.
- Technical skills: experience with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analysis.
- Analytical and market research skills: ability to identify and understand opportunities on platforms like GovWin, GSA Portal, and SAMs.
- Communication skills: ability to clearly articulate ideas in person, writing, and video conferences.
- Project management skills: ability to help manage proposal processes and lead smaller RFPs and RFIs.
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
