Position Title: Senior Manager, Sales Excellence

Reporting Line: Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence

Role Overview:
  • Develop and implement Sales Excellence strategies to boost sales effectiveness
  • Oversee sales pipelines utilizing CRM software
  • Direct CRM processes for comprehensive management reporting
  • Create and manage sales analytics and dashboards
  • Partner with Sales Leaders and Enablement teams to pinpoint improvement opportunities
  • Engage in Sales Incentive Planning alongside Sales Leaders and Compensation teams
  • Lead Sales Excellence initiatives aligned with overarching sales objectives
  • Assist Account Growth teams in strategic initiatives
  • Navigate complex challenges and offer strategic recommendations
  • Flexible role allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years of experience
  • Proven track record in Sales Operations and Strategy
  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and MS Office suite
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and project management capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Work hours may vary based on departmental requirements
  • Minimal travel is anticipated
  • Standard office equipment will be utilized in a hybrid work setting
