Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5+ years' experience in sales and account management
  • Strong knowledge of fiber interconnect components and structured cabling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
