Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our commercial sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of sales management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
