Senior Sales Competency Development Manager

Summary:
This role will lead the development of the sales model and sales competencies, FCR training and pull-though globally. The candidate will be accountable for coaching excellence and written communication within the field coaching reports and in conjunction with sales model and sales competency.
Conduct global training needs assessments, design, development, delivery, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in competency development and adoption, as well as advanced skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience
Masters' Degree and Ten Years' Experience
PhD and Eight Years' Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated excellence in program management, project management, change management, and managing multiple projects/priorities. The ideal candidate will have executive presence and ability to work with a variety of stakeholder levels, leading without authority and creating a path of innovative work.
