Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Sales and Use Tax team at RSM US LLP. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and use tax advisory and planning services to multi-state companies, as well as developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and use tax advisory and planning services to multi-state companies, including research and analysis of tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
- Serve as a career advisor, mentor, or coach to one or more employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and use tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning and advisory services.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business strategies, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutions.
- Project management experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with a focus on sales and use tax.
