Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
  • Minimum of seven years of proven experience in sales management, with a focus on overseeing inside sales, outside sales, and business sales teams
  • Advanced proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools such as HubSpot, Sales Rabbit, Tableau, and Salesforce required
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Proven track record of increasing sales revenue by 20% annually over the past 5 years
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals worth $1 million+ annually
  • Managed a sales budget of $5 million+ and achieved financial forecasting accuracy within 5%
  • Conducted market research and competitive analysis resulting in a 15% increase in market share
  • Developed and implemented sales strategies leading to 30% growth in new client acquisition within the first year
  • Experience managing and supporting a sales team of 40+ members
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving 120%+ of annual sales goals
  • Ability to travel to various markets, participate in field activities including Door-to-Door (D2D) engagements, and visit sales representatives in call centers
  • The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
  • Proficiency in Spanish Language a plus
