- Monitor and manage sales-related expenses to ensure cost-effective operations

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective use of resources
- Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, performance, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships between consumers and business partners
- Actively participate in high-level sales negotiations and presentations
- Address client concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business, Marketing or a related field of study
- A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
- Minimum of seven years of proven experience in sales management, with a focus on overseeing inside sales, outside sales, and business sales teams
- Advanced proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools such as HubSpot, Sales Rabbit, Tableau, and Salesforce required
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience building and mentoring high-performing sales teams
- Proven track record of increasing sales revenue by 20% annually over the past 5 years
- Demonstrated success in closing deals worth $1 million+ annually
- Managed a sales budget of $5 million+ and achieved financial forecasting accuracy within 5%
- Conducted market research and competitive analysis resulting in a 15% increase in market share
- Developed and implemented sales strategies leading to 30% growth in new client acquisition within the first year
- Experience managing and supporting a sales team of 40+ members
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving 120%+ of annual sales goals
- Ability to travel to various markets, participate in field activities including Door-to-Door (D2D) engagements, and visit sales representatives in call centers
- The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Proficiency in Spanish Language a plus
