Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist outside sales representatives in nurturing customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate service jobs with outside sales representatives, customers, and service technicians to ensure timely completion.
  • Process parts and service orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of parts systems for all represented manufacturers.
  • Determine pricing and discounts according to company standards.
