Position Overview:

This position focuses on driving the expansion of SaniSure's products within the Bioprocessing sector across the United States. You will serve as the primary resource for Bioprocessing applications, offering support to both the Sales and Research & Development teams. Your key objective? Address customer challenges, achieve commercial objectives, and successfully introduce competitive products to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized knowledge in Upstream Solutions, Rigid Containers, and Container Assembly product lines.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies in Bioprocessing.
  • Train the sales team on the complexities of the Bioprocessing market to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the Bioprocessing domain.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted organizations.
  • Comprehend customer challenges and devise customized solutions to optimize sales.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and broaden market presence.
  • Investigate new business prospects, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in contract discussions with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Collaborate with R&D to translate customer needs into product innovations.
  • Contribute to product management aspects such as pricing strategies and competitive assessments.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on content development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales within the Bioprocessing sector.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth understanding of the Bioprocessing market.
  • Strong capability to engage with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Passion for staying abreast of industry advancements.
  • Prior experience with Single-Use Technology products in Bioprocessing is advantageous.
  • Experience in product management roles is a plus.
