Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and meet sales objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, including planning client appointments to optimize results.
  • Keep clients informed about in-store events and new product arrivals to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Utilize various technology platforms to strengthen existing client relationships and attract new clientele.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge across all brand categories to maximize sales potential.
  • Address clients' wardrobe needs holistically across all product lines.
  • Educate clients about brand services to ensure they fully benefit from what Lafayette 148 has to offer.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Assist with operational tasks within the store, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and support the training of new Stylists.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
  • Existing client base is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance client interactions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
