As a member of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will introduce our clientele to the finest premium apparel available and contribute to the ongoing success of our brand. The Fashion Consultant plays a vital role in our stores by acting as an ambassador for the 7 For All Mankind brand and culture, ensuring that the highest level of customer engagement is achieved. The primary responsibility of the Fashion Consultant is to enhance the store's success by consistently demonstrating a customer-focused approach, showcasing selling techniques with enthusiasm for the brand, the customer, and the products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by providing personalized styling and wardrobe solutions based on customer needs. Set the standard for customer engagement that surpasses industry expectations.
  • Represent the brand positively in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Build client relationships and generate excitement about our products through proactive client outreach.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish goals for personal skill enhancement.
  • Assist the management team with non-sales operational tasks, including:
  • Restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Maintaining organization within the store stockroom.
  • Supporting the execution and setup of promotions and sales events.
  • Help maintain a tidy, clean, and well-presented store environment.
  • Be flexible and available to accommodate the scheduling needs of the business.
  • Ensure that team members embody the brand ethos in all customer and peer interactions.
  • Promote Loss Prevention awareness to safeguard the store against internal and external losses.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, and regulatory compliance, including dress code and attendance.
  • Support directives from visual merchandising, operations, and marketing teams to ensure proper execution of all initiatives.
Required Skills:

  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Education/Experience:
  • 1+ years of relevant professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
  • Repetitive hand movements while operating cash registers or computers.
  • Regular interaction with the public in a bustling and dynamic retail environment.
  • Standing required for the duration of the work shift.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines, scanners, and copiers).
  • Availability to work weekends and evening shifts.
  • Ability to climb ladders as necessary.
  • Physical capability to bend, lift, open, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
