As an Amazon Catalog Management Specialist, you will take charge of the execution and performance of the organic catalog management strategy for Amazon and other online retail platforms within your designated portfolio. Your focus will be on aligning client objectives with broader business goals, ensuring that your strategies contribute to their overall success.

This role requires a proactive individual who excels in problem-solving and can independently manage responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with account leadership to refine and advance the strategic approach of your services, integrating them into the overall market strategy of the brands you support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of clients' Amazon and online retail product catalogs, including daily optimizations, strategic planning, and necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other online retail platforms to develop actionable insights that enhance overall retail performance.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and improve departmental expertise.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance performance and impact in line with client objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Contribute to the creation of new training materials for departmental development.
  • Utilize AI technologies to streamline and optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for agency experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon or online retail catalogs.
  • Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, or Walmart Seller Central.
  • Strong skills in Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for effective delegation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
