We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development lifecycle for our organization, manage the delivery of technical solutions, and act as our point of contact for third-party development projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee our annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive visibility across the organization by creating and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other communication materials, fostering transparency and accountability.
- Hold the team accountable to commitments by facilitating regular project check-ins and acting as the point of contact for our third-party development partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain a backlog of feature requests and bugs, and prioritize them based on business needs, driving strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement a holistic tracking mechanism to ensure all commitments are aligned, promoting a culture of accountability and results-driven execution.
In addition to planning and accountability work, you will define and drive technical workflows for expanding our digital community, recognition, community impact, and data aggregation solutions, driving business growth and innovation.
You will also be responsible for overseeing our third-party engineering relationships, which will require executing contracts and general resourcing and reliability requests, ensuring smooth operations and partnerships.
This role requires a strong program management background, high judgment and follow-through, and a well-rounded background in current web technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to project manage, communicate, influence, and build trust with software engineers, product teammates, stakeholders, and business leadership, driving collaboration and results.

Requirements:- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a focus on software engineering teams.
- 3+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams, driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, with a focus on business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in software development and program management.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
