  • Partner Education: Inform partners about Amazon Games' expectations to ensure exceptional service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in product management.
  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • 3+ years of experience managing communications across culturally diverse teams.
  • 2+ years of experience with task management systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of gaming terminology, especially in MMORPGs.
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed conversations simultaneously.
  • Experience in translating various documents, including milestone plans and marketing content.
  • Understanding of globalization practices for Western markets.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work remotely as needed.
  • Flexibility in adjusting work hours to align with international partners.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
