Business Development Specialist for Amazon Q

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Amazon Q team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. - A97. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Q solutions among startups in the western US.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Q solutions among startups.
- Build and maintain relationships with startup executives and developers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development strategies.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to showcase Amazon Q solutions and their value proposition to startups.
- Work closely with the AWS Field team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Provide technical thought leadership and expertise to customers and internal stakeholders to drive adoption and growth of Amazon Q solutions.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on cloud computing and startups.
- 5+ years of technology domain experience in LLM, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and GenAI related fields.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, and software development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with startup executives and developers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
