Position Overview

Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to formulate transformation strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and lead effective communication plans to engage stakeholders.
  • Assess organizational needs and create, implement, and scale vital capabilities to support evolving business strategies.
  • Innovate new designs and tactics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across high-value teams.
  • Establish processes and frameworks to assist clients in aligning capabilities, identifying constraints, and developing actionable plans.
  • Provide training, coaching, and leadership development to foster engagement, problem-solving, and growth within the workforce.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate high-quality decisions, maintain alignment on priorities, and achieve exceptional results amid uncertainty.
  • Empower, motivate, and cultivate teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate transformation effectiveness and generate data-driven reports.
  • Share insights and trends with clients to build trust and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Continuously enhance solution success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Advocate for the business by identifying transformation opportunities.
  • Ensure changes align with intended outcomes.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to inform future-state design.
  • Engage directly with clients to define transformation goals, risks, and opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions, services, and tools to address high-growth demands.
  • Contribute to best-in-class transformation playbooks and resources.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting roles with senior leaders and Human Resource colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development and strategic workforce planning.
  • Exceptional business acumen and judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
