As a Senior Operations Program Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams to formulate transformation strategies and solutions.
  • Leading effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and partners.
  • Assessing organizational requirements and developing, implementing, and scaling essential capabilities to support dynamic business strategies.
  • Innovating new designs and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across high-value teams.
  • Creating processes and frameworks to assist clients in aligning capabilities, identifying constraints, and formulating action plans.
  • Providing training, coaching, and leadership development to foster engagement, problem-solving, and growth within the workforce.
  • Effectively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate high-level decisions, maintain alignment on priorities, and achieve outstanding results amidst uncertainty.
  • Empowering, motivating, and developing teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Partnering with Analytics to evaluate transformation effectiveness and generate data-driven reports.
  • Sharing insights and trends with clients to build trust and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
  • Continuously enhancing solution success and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Advocating for the business by identifying transformation opportunities.
  • Ensuring that changes align with intended outcomes.
  • Conducting organizational assessments to inform future-state design.
  • Engaging directly with clients to define transformation objectives, risks, and opportunities.
  • Designing and delivering scalable solutions, services, and tools to meet high-growth demands.
  • Contributing to best-in-class transformation playbooks and resources.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consulting roles with senior leaders and Human Resource teams.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, including Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management.
  • Exceptional business acumen and high judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Workforce Transformation or Change Management.
  • Proven success in demographic analyses and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with systems design and automation.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and reporting.
