About the RoleThe Director of Digital Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping and implementing our digital marketing strategy. This role involves driving our online brand presence and ensuring the successful execution of digital campaigns. The Director of Digital Marketing plays a critical role in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, leveraging data and trends to make informed decisions, while ensuring our digital initiatives deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, paid search, social media, email, affiliate, direct mail, and display advertising.
- Manage the marketing specialist team.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence and direct social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.
- Ensure our company website is optimized for user experience, conversion, and SEO.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify and build relationships with key industry influencers, partners, travel suppliers, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and integrate new approaches to maintain a competitive edge over competitors.
