* A combination of relevant experience and education that provides the required level of knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the functions of the job.
* 2+ years of experience with grants administration and/or compliance.
* Sound knowledge of fiscal practices and procedures.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and financial management skills.
* Ability to think and problem solve creatively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to effectively manage and complete assignments independently and as a team member communication and interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
