We are currently expanding our Client Contact Center and are looking for a
Client Support Specialist to engage directly with our valued clients.
In this role, you will:
- Assist clients in navigating various savings programs through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Support clients with online access, applications, account setup, payments, and fund distributions.
- Guide families in utilizing their savings for qualified educational expenses, including providing payout estimates for specific contracts.
- Process account modifications as requested by clients.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role within an office environment; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience in a contact center, particularly in the financial sector, is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor, patience, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to comprehend, retain, and effectively communicate complex financial products and program details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
Our Client Support team members spend significant time in a seated position.
Essential functions of this position include operating a computer and phone, typing, and consistently communicating with clients both verbally and in writing.
