We are currently expanding our Client Contact Center and are looking for a
Client Support Specialist to engage directly with our valued clients.

Following the completion of the comprehensive training program, the Client Support Specialist will operate Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Extended hours may be necessary during peak periods.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist clients in navigating various savings programs through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Support clients with online access, applications, account setup, payments, and fund distributions.
  • Guide families in utilizing their savings for qualified educational expenses, including providing payout estimates for specific contracts.
  • Process account modifications as requested by clients.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role within an office environment; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in a contact center, particularly in the financial sector, is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • A friendly demeanor, patience, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their financial goals.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to comprehend, retain, and effectively communicate complex financial products and program details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment:

Our Client Support team members spend significant time in a seated position.

Essential functions of this position include operating a computer and phone, typing, and consistently communicating with clients both verbally and in writing.
