About the Role:

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated group of Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a dynamic, on-site environment. This opportunity is tailored for individuals eager to develop their skills within a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a customer service center focused on healthcare clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding self-pay balances, payment processing, insurance updates, and charge explanations.
  • Conduct reminder campaigns to collect outstanding healthcare balances.
  • Understand client operations, including patient payment options and eligibility reviews.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills are essential.

Work Schedule:

This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a half-hour lunch break, totaling a 40-hour work week.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role is $17.
