Role Summary:

The Program Manager will oversee all facets of development initiatives within the organization. This role is pivotal in spearheading the creation of innovative products and features aimed at generating new revenue streams. Responsibilities include initiating programs, monitoring their advancement, and providing support when challenges arise. The Program Manager will coordinate efforts among internal technical teams and external partners while developing and managing effective timelines. Identifying risks and formulating mitigation strategies will be essential for the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management and leadership teams to define project and product requirements along with success metrics.
  • Oversee development projects and manage other ongoing tasks.
  • Engage directly with internal teams and clients to facilitate the resolution of open projects.
  • Interface with hardware and software development teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and addressing any outstanding issues.
    • Monitor technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
    • Guide new products and features through the development lifecycle.
    • Collect and formulate product requirements and specifications.
    • Ensure projects adhere to deadlines and remain within budget constraints.
    • Review and test code to confirm functionality.
    • Communicate project status effectively and propose resource optimization strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
  • An additional degree in business administration, management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
