Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunities Await

Cyber assets are increasingly vulnerable to a wide array of threats that evolve in sophistication and speed.

At Northrop Grumman, we adopt a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity, examining the entire cyber landscape encompassing personnel, processes, and technology, along with the full spectrum of security measures including offense, defense, and exploitation.

The Cyber Lab Manager for Classified Solutions will oversee a geographically dispersed team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of the Cybersecurity Strategy as directed by the Cyber Element Lead.
  • Manage the Cybersecurity Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management objectives.
  • Ensure the cyber program effectively meets customer requirements while integrating necessary internal and external organizations.
  • Identify, allocate, and manage cyber resources, including workforce planning.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, including customers and executive management.
  • Track and fulfill program requirements as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain formal accreditation authorizations from relevant government agencies.
  • Foster a culture of individual growth, teamwork, and effective performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to Northrop Grumman and Cyber ISS policies and procedures.
  • Support the formal Security Assessment process mandated by the company or government clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master's degree with 4 years of experience in Information Systems Security; OR a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in Information Systems Security.
  • Experience in Department of Defense Special Access Programs and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information programs.
  • Current DoD 8570 IAM Level III security certification (e.g., CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP) is required.
  • Must possess a current DOD Secret security clearance or be enrolled in the DOD Continuous Evaluation Program.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related STEM discipline, with 6 years of ISSO/ISSM experience.
  • Diverse background in classified information systems security/information assurance.
  • Experience managing program teams and initiatives.
  • Prior experience in communication with customers and program leadership.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current SAP/SAR access is highly desirable.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $119,300 - $178,900, reflecting the scope and responsibilities of the role, along with the candidate's experience and market conditions.
