Required Qualifications:
  • A technical or engineering background, including a BS/MS/PhD or related degree in a highly technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project, product, or program management.
  • Familiarity with various project and program management methodologies and the ability to discern when to apply each approach (waterfall, agile, Kanban, etc.).
  • A genuine enthusiasm for documentation, coupled with the ability to write clear, actionable user stories and test cases.
  • A dynamic, outgoing personality; as a leader, you are dedicated to sharing knowledge, enhancing team skills, and empowering others to succeed.
  • Strong capacity to articulate the "what" and "why" of design decisions, enabling team members to grasp both high-level concepts and specific implementation details.
  • A strong commitment to establishing your career as an innovative leader and product advocate within a groundbreaking product ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate nuanced perspectives, recognizing that expressed desires may differ from actual needs.
  • Ability to maintain close alignment with leadership throughout the development process.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering products in a complex team environment.
  • Robust project management skills in the context of business strategy and operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous self-improvement in product development and awareness of emerging trends in engineering management.
  • Passion for human-centered design, sustainability, impact, and green building practices.
