As a senior program manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional internal projects. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and milestones of the project. You will be responsible to monitor and create relevant reports for various audiences on the progress, risks, and issues of the projects, as well as report on timelines, budget spend, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a large-scale program ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and priorities of the organization.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, marketing, sales, legal, and finance, to define and deliver the project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Own communication of program progress and reports to stakeholders and various audiences
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, and track and report on the project performance and status.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and escalate them as needed to the appropriate level of management.
  • Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations of the stakeholders, and adhere to the relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Provides leadership and direction to other team members, and contributes to a culture of innovation.
  • Proactively manage the status, and delivery of ongoing initiatives within the program and status of all functional deliverable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management or project management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects, involving multiple teams and stakeholders, across different domains and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as agile, scrum, waterfall, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in project management or program management, such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent, is a plus.
