About the Position:

As a Senior Revenue Technology Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the continuous enhancement and oversight of our Salesforce environment and its interconnected applications for Sales and Marketing. This position merges technical project management, system administration, and analytical skills, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce and its associated tools. You will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and IT, to identify, develop, and implement essential sales business processes. Your responsibilities will encompass the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LeanData, and other revenue-related applications. You will spearhead improvements, optimize processes, and ensure our technological solutions align with our business goals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Work in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and IT teams, acting as both project owner and executor.
  • Stay informed about software releases, features, and best practices to provide management with informed recommendations regarding implementations.
  • Assess, select, implement, and integrate technological tools to create solutions that support sales and cross-functional business unit stakeholders.
  • Deliver ongoing support and system administration to swiftly resolve issues with Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Design, develop, and test optimal solutions to enhance our business operations.
  • Assist in training and empowering new users, while fostering the technological skill set across the organization.
  • Serve as the intermediary between users, vendors, and application development teams.
  • Extract, manipulate, and update large and complex datasets.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Admin Certification required.
  • A strong commitment to making impactful enhancements and improving efficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including custom object configuration, flows, and validation rules.
  • Extensive experience in integrating and configuring Salesforce connected applications such as Salesloft, LeanData, Demandbase, Marketo, Clari, and Gong.
  • A solid understanding of agile sprint methodology and the release management process.
  • Hands-on experience with complex data loads.
  • A thorough understanding of SFDC best practices and functionalities.
  • A proactive approach to learning, assisting, and growing within the team.
  • A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
