We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Technology Analyst to join our team at Invoca. As a key member of our Revenue Technology team, you will play a critical role in the ongoing development and management of our Salesforce ecosystem and connected applications for Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Own and manage end-to-end projects in the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring timely and successful delivery of business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and IT, to identify, develop, and deploy core sales business processes.
- Technical Expertise: Keep up-to-date with software releases, features, and best practices to make recommendations to management regarding implementations.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support sales and cross-functional business unit stakeholders.
- System Administration: Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly fix issues with and 3rd party applications.
- Process Improvement: Design, build, and test best practices solutions to accelerate our business.
- User Enablement: Assist in the training and enablement of new users, and grow the tech skill set across the organization.
- Liaison: Act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
- Data Management: Extract, manipulate, import/update large and complex datasets.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Admin Certification required.
- Commitment: A deep commitment and passion to making impactful improvements and enhancing efficiency.
- Expertise: Proven expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including the configuration of custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
- Integration: Extensive experience integrating and configuring Salesforce connected apps such as Salesloft, LeanData, Demandbase, Marketo, Clari, and Gong.
- Agile Methodology: A solid understanding of agile sprint methodology and the release management process.
- Data Loads: Hands-on experience in performing complex data loads.
- Best Practices: A thorough understanding of SFDC best practices and functionality.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
