Role Summary
This position is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, management, and support of software solutions and technological systems that enhance the operational capabilities of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring of designated software applications to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Develop user documentation and conduct training sessions for staff on new software applications.
- Assist in formulating policies, procedures, and programs as necessary.
- Provide technical support to users and act as a liaison with IT for troubleshooting and assistance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for technology applications throughout their lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and prepare specifications for IT development.
- Diagnose and resolve system-related issues, coordinating with system administrators and vendors as needed.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources using multiple query languages and tools.
- Create and maintain reports that provide insights into core business operations and performance metrics.
- Design dashboards and visual management tools to facilitate informed decision-making by stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of business intelligence information and maintain responsiveness to requests.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements through continuous training.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Information Management Systems.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and supporting organizational objectives.
Work Environment
