Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Golden West Food Group. This is a full-time position based in the Midwest region, covering Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Western Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address any challenges.
  • Manage and analyze budgets, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded within allocated resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement company initiatives and promote new products.
  • Travel regularly (50-60%) to visit customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in beverage/DSD distributor management or CPG sales, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and analyze sales data, trade/business analytics, and budget reports.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, standard email clients, and internet search capabilities.
