About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Advertising Business Developer to join our team in Central Ohio. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for generating sales for marketing campaigns, building relationships with local businesses, and creating new business opportunities.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in marketing and sales, who are passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build a strong book of active participating businesses.
  • Build relationships with local Accredited Businesses to understand their marketing needs.
  • Execute day-to-day communication using various techniques, from traditional advertising sales to highly detailed marketing plans.
  • Create new customers by working through lead lists and independently generated lists of businesses that would benefit from marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing/media sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or significant sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with increased sales growth.
  • Understanding of ad sales and digital marketing (Google, YouTube, Display).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build sales knowledge quickly.
  • Able to work independently with strong time management skills.

Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, 100% commission, bonus opportunities, and 2-weeks paid training.
