Regional Business Development Manager

Join us at Optimyl Benefits as a Regional Business Development Manager, where you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the market. As a member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targeted profitable sales volume through the regional broker community.
The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package, including life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, vision, dental, and medical coverage, as well as a 401K plan with employer matching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, account managers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Provide training and support to brokers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to sell Optimyl's products effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate broker performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in managing broker relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
