Ironwear: Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Ironwear, a leading safety solution provider with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, developing, and re-engineering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, driving sales growth within the designated region, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors within the region.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports detailing regional performance.
  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Industry Events: Attend industry events to network and promote Ironwear's products.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in PPE sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing accounts and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per year
