Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to our global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure workstations securely for deployment.
  • Assist remote end-users with technical issues.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide support for mobile devices.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on hardware and software.
  • Train users on effective device and service usage.
  • Address incidents and support requests related to hardware and software.
  • Perform audits for accounts, inventory, and services as needed.
  • Implement Zero-Touch onboarding and Zero-Trust standards.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of company equipment.
  • Deliver clear, step-by-step instructions remotely.
  • Experience with AWS Workspace or security-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, ICS2 CC, or equivalent.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in desktop support, particularly in hybrid and global environments.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Zero-Trust principles.
  • Knowledge of controls methodology.
  • Experience with email troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in MacOS and Windows OS.
  • Linux knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Android and iOS platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security concepts of the CIA triad.
  • Ability to ask targeted questions for problem diagnosis.
  • Proven ability to work productively from home.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA CySA+, AWS Certified Security, or ISC2 CCSP, or equivalent.
