Job Title: Senior Technical Support Analyst

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our Fusion Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product supportability, usability, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues related to Fusion Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Development, Support Development, and other Oracle teams, to drive product supportability, usability, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fusion Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing products, including features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in system and release testing, as needed, to ensure high-quality support.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Exceptional technical skills, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
