Role Highlights

As a Client Relations Executive within our Wine, Home & Design division, you will engage in a multifaceted role, managing various accounts in the Lifestyle sector. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional support to the team in client interactions, ensuring professionalism and empathy in all communications. Your commitment to client satisfaction is crucial to our collaborative success.
  • Media Relations: Actively engage in media outreach, securing placements in national, regional, broadcast, and online platforms. Your efforts will amplify our clients' narratives and broaden their reach.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation and execution of client reports, delivering insights that highlight the effectiveness of our strategies. Your analytical skills will keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Campaign Strategy: Participate in strategic discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop and implement media campaigns. Your unique insights will be instrumental in achieving our objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing media events and product launches, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. Your organizational skills will enhance the impact of our events.
  • Relationship Building: Foster authentic relationships with journalists and media professionals, promoting trust and collaboration. Your networking abilities will strengthen our agency's reputation.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $59,000-$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Proficiency: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Industry Passion: A deep interest in public relations, with knowledge of the Wine, Consumer, Luxury, Travel, and/or Food & Beverage sectors.
