About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Service Requests: Coordinate with customers to schedule permanent and temporary service for commercial customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Resolve Service Issues: Research and resolve service problems in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to ensure proper service levels are established and maintained, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to every customer, via telephone and email, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Assist with Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, including resolution of billing discrepancies with vendors and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Waste Industry Experience: A plus, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and flexibility.
  • Persistent Follow-up Skills: Essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving service issues.
  • PC Proficiency: Proficient in database management, email, and internet-based systems.
  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
