Job Title: End User Support Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies Inc. in San Francisco, CA. As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing fast and useful technical assistance to end users, ensuring high-quality end-user IT services at customer sites, and driving constant improvement of support, performance, and end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding EUC services by providing timely and effective technical assistance to end users.
  • Collaborate with our IT support organization to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality end-user IT services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve support, performance, and end-user satisfaction.
  • Manage desktop infrastructure services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT services.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in desktop management and infrastructure services.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in desktop management and infrastructure services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
