Position Summary:

The Paid Social Media Analyst plays a crucial role in managing the daily operational tasks and analytical requirements associated with ongoing paid social media campaigns for a prominent automotive client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for paid social media, a keen analytical mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning as the digital landscape evolves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the effective execution of internal processes and workflows across various teams, including planning, activation, ad operations, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Analysts to assist in the creation of dashboards and provide ongoing reporting support within the technology stack and platform interfaces.
  • Support the technical implementation of campaign deployments, including naming conventions, pixels, tags, and system integrations.
  • Assist in the development of Paid Social Campaigns across multiple platforms throughout the planning, launch, and reporting stages.
  • Monitor performance metrics within the task management system and recommend enhancements as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Senior Paid Social Specialist and Social Strategists to address daily campaign requirements.
  • Engage with platform partners regarding the technical aspects of campaign deployment and explore new activation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external paid social teams to support the development and review of client reporting deliverables, including campaign insights and overarching themes.
  • Proactively seek out new information and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, metrics, and competitive activities.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, reporting updates, and new opportunities for campaign activations to present to clients.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in social or digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Paid Social Performance Metrics (CPM, CTR, VVR, etc.).
  • Strategic knowledge of core features and technical capabilities of various social platforms, along with experience using Business and Ads Manager Dashboards.
  • Experience with workflow tools such as Sprinklr, Google Campaign Manager, Asana, and Google Docs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business and strategic writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management; ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a natural curiosity, comfort in ambiguity, and strong communication skills.
