We are currently seeking a Paid Social Analyst to enhance our team. In this role, you will spearhead the paid social initiatives for various client brands. Your responsibilities will encompass the execution of social media strategies and campaigns, along with comprehensive reporting and analysis. You will operate independently as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure that social initiatives are fully integrated with the client’s marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Implementation: Formulate and execute social media strategies tailored for client brands.
  • Paid Social Initiatives: Activate paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Client Brand Insight: Demonstrate a profound understanding of client brands and relevant health conditions, determining how social media can benefit their target audiences.
  • Compliance Review: Assist in the legal review and submission process for social media initiatives.
  • Ad Launch Management: Ensure quality assurance and facilitate the launch of ads without errors.
  • Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence team to assess performance and provide recommendations for enhancing campaign effectiveness.
  • Status Meetings: Participate in internal and external meetings as well as discussions with partner agencies as necessary.
  • Thought Leadership: Exhibit a commitment to thought leadership by continuously researching the evolving social media landscape, staying informed about trends, new platforms, and shifts in consumer behavior.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to create comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Innovative Thinking: Challenge conventional approaches and propose unique solutions to achieve objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Paid Social: 1-3 years of experience in paid social media and familiarity with major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
  • Industry Background: Experience in an agency setting and/or in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and a good sense of humor.
