We are currently seeking a Paid Social Analyst to spearhead the paid social initiatives for our clients' brands. This role involves the execution of social media strategies and campaigns, along with comprehensive reporting and analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that social media efforts are seamlessly integrated with broader marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Implementation: Formulate and execute social media strategies tailored to clients' brands.
- Paid Social Campaign Management: Launch and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Brand Insight: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client brands and their target audiences, identifying how social media can effectively engage them.
- Compliance Assistance: Support the legal review and submission processes for social media initiatives.
- Ad Launch Coordination: Ensure error-free ad launches through meticulous quality assurance processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence team to assess campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Meeting Participation: Engage in status meetings with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
- Thought Leadership: Exhibit a commitment to thought leadership by staying informed about trends and developments in the social media landscape.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside diverse teams to create comprehensive social media strategies.
- Innovative Thinking: Encourage creative solutions and challenge conventional approaches to achieve objectives.
- Experience: 1-3 years in paid social media, with a solid understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
- Industry Background: Experience in an agency setting or within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
- Must possess a friendly demeanor and a good sense of humor.
