The Role
We are seeking a Media Manager to join our Amazon DSP team within our Client Services division. The DSP Media Manager will be responsible for the creation, monitoring, and management of programmatic advertising initiatives for our clients on Amazon and various Omni-Channel Retailers. As programmatic advertising continues to expand globally, with significant portions of digital ad spending allocated to this approach, the Media Manager will engage with Amazon's DSP platform and collaborate with top-tier brands and advertisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for a designated client portfolio.
- Deliver data-driven strategies and tailored recommendations for DSP campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication of expectations and ongoing campaign enhancements to achieve key performance indicators.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, including initial setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes, contrasting current strategies with innovative concepts to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously enhance operational processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish yourself as a knowledgeable authority on the Amazon DSP.
- Mentor and develop support specialists for daily campaign management.
- Willingness to travel as needed based on client requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role with a focus on programmatic advertising and familiarity with various DSPs and biddable platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; adept at building relationships and presenting information effectively.
