Role Summary:
As the landscape of social media evolves and ad spending increases, we are seeking a talented Media Supervisor for Paid Social. This individual should possess a strong affinity for both data analytics and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic paid social media programs and analyses for clients, ensuring alignment with other media practices, account teams, creative units, and measurement teams.
  • Manage and nurture relationships between teams and clients to consistently deliver high-quality, impactful work while driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with Media Planning, Social Strategy, and Strategy & Analytics teams to integrate paid social within broader media campaigns and organic social strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of paid media in API partner platforms and social media channels, ensuring rigorous quality assurance of campaign setups.
  • Stay informed about new advertising products and technological advancements, translating them into actionable strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of API partner capabilities, applying insights to client and campaign goals while fostering strong relationships with platform partners.
  • Work with the Strategy & Analytics team to leverage real-time data and campaign insights for effective optimization and management.
  • Utilize planning and forecasting tools to inform budget allocations, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Adapt to the dynamic nature of social media by working flexible hours and being available for urgent posting and optimization needs.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork abilities, with experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of re-prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at thinking critically, presenting to clients, and discussing social media's role knowledgeably.
  • Understanding of key media metrics and calculations, including CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or ad operations preferred.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in self-service roles within social platforms, with familiarity in API partner UIs and major social media platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience in team management.
