Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and US Sales team to drive business growth and revenue
- Analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
- Manage the overbooking strategy to maximize occupancy levels and revenue
- Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and reporting solution
- Liaise with the Finance team to support financial analysis and market segmentation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hospitality revenue management experience, including multi-hotel portfolio and key US city locations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products
