Regional Revenue Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Revenue Manager to join our team at MRK Associates. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management strategies for our portfolio of high-profile properties in key American cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and US Sales team to drive business growth and revenue
  • Analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Manage the overbooking strategy to maximize occupancy levels and revenue
  • Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and reporting solution
  • Liaise with the Finance team to support financial analysis and market segmentation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hospitality revenue management experience, including multi-hotel portfolio and key US city locations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Technical proficiency with hospitality systems, including Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers, and Microsoft Office products
