Director of Revenue Management

The Director of Revenue Management at Dream is responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing and distribution strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue
  • Manage relationships with top IDS partners and CRO
  • Implement effective pricing strategies relative to stay and rate restrictions
  • Monitor and report on competitive hotel information through various reports
  • Prepare and maintain a current Rate Strategy Planning Calendar
  • Conduct weekly pickup meetings with Sales and/or Convention Service team
  • Assist in developing special package rates appropriate to market demand
  • Oversee the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting and opportunity analysis
Requirements:
  • 2 years as a manager in the hotel industry revenue management discipline
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Experience working in a sales / inventory / revenue management environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various management levels and with partners and vendors

Salary/Benefits:

We offer competitive salary, medical, dental, life insurance, short term and long-term disability, 401(k), and travel benefits. The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000.
